All branded products supplied by Network Sales Pty Limited ABN 56 102 213 436 to a consumer are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, subject to the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law. Any term or condition contained in any warranty given by Network Sales Pty Limited in respect of any branded product is not intended to reduce or limit any right of a consumer in respect of that product, pursuant to the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or the corresponding legislation of each State and Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia.
Any one year warranty referred to in any information brochure accompanying a branded product is in addition to any statutory rights of a consumer in respect of the product, pursuant to the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth), the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or the corresponding legislation of each State and Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia.
